New Recipe Page: Willow's Fizz

Big news! My wife Ellen had a baby 2 days ago! Our third, another beautiful girl, named Wren. In honor of this joyous occasion, I've added a new page to the site for one of my cocktails from Clover Club that's named after my oldest daughter, Willow (she's now 4, insane). The Willow's Fizz is a simple Tom Collins riff featuring grapefruit and lavender that's at once floral, citrusy and bubbly. To my surprise and delight the drink has gone on to be one the most popular drinks I've ever personally put on Clover's menu, we bring it back every Spring. It's delicate, beautiful and, if I do say so myself, absolutely perfect (I'm not just talking about the drink anymore).
