The Caipirinha, Brazil's national cocktail, is prime summer refreshment. It's basically a repurposed Daiquiri, but brighter, more bracing and even easier to make. Opinions differ on how to best prepare one and I've tried them every which way, so I'm confident when I say I think my recipe makes is the best Caipirinha you'll find. But if you disagree, of course I make my case as well. And the history is in there too! Speaking of which, I finally added a history section to the Mojito age as well.
