The Pineapple Daiquiri Get it's own Page, and the Classic Daiquiri Page gets a Makeover.
I've been going a little Daiquiri happy this summer, why stop now? I've got a fever and the only prescription is more Daiquiris! Last week I did a little work on and tweaked my Pineapple Daiquiri recipe, so I've given it it's own page. As for the classic Daiquiri itself, while it was one of a handful of drinks on the site when I launched it back in December, I didn't give it the full on deep dive treatment I've been giving drinks since. I didn't realize back then the depths of detail I would feel compelled to go to (if I had I probably would have been too intimidated to launch the site in the first place). Well, I've finally taken that dive. Now the Daiquiri page includes history plus a look at the plethora of ways one can tweak a Daiquiri - there are a lot of opinions on the topic. Plus, while I don't usually like to name brands, I've also listed my favorite Daiquiri rum.
